Using WordPress MCP, perform a full user role security audit: 1. Get all users with wordpress-mcp-get-users 2. Get all available roles with wordpress-mcp-get-roles 3. List every user grouped by role — show username, email, registration date, last login if available 4. Flag potential issues: more than 3 administrator accounts, users with elevated roles (editor, author) who have no published content, accounts with weak usernames (admin, test, wordpress, user) 5. Compare the roles that exist vs roles that are actually in use — flag unused roles 6. Give me an overall security score: Low Risk / Medium Risk / High Risk with specific reasons Audit only. Do NOT change any user roles or delete accounts.
